When do I use Conceive Plus?
Use Conceive Plus each time you make love with your partner when trying to conceive. Having sex a few days before and every day during your fertile period helps to increase the chances of natural conception. Conceive Plus is used just like a regular personal lubricant. If you are not sure of your fertile days, try our ovulation calculator for an approximate period when you are most fertile. We also suggest you use an ovulation test strip for an easy way to define your most fertile days. Having sex on your fertile days can increase your chances of getting pregnant naturally. Good luck!
I don’t have vaginal dryness, should I use it?
A large percentage of couples experience vaginal dryness when trying to conceive, most don’t notice it or think it’s a problem for them. Using Conceive Plus when trying to conceive is a good idea even if you feel you don’t need additional lubrication.

No. Using a lubricant will not increase sperm count or increase the quality of his sperm. Conceive Plus can help by providing additional moisture for sperm to swim up through the cervix and reach the egg. For questions related to sperm count and quality, ask your doctor or healthcare professional.
What is the pH of Conceive Plus?
The pH of Conceive Plus is 7.5.To survive and function, human sperm requires an environment that contains certain electrolytes and is within a narrow range of pH, osmolality and tonicity. The World Health Organisation (see references below) has reported that the optimal condition for sperm survival and migration in the cervical mucus requires a pH in the range of 7.0 to 8.5 and an isotonic solution. Conceive Plus®is carefully formulated so that both pH and osmolality are within these recommended ranges.
